“Whotohelp” is a website specifically designed for people in need and people who are genuinely willing to help the needy. The only service that anyone who needs help or willing to help can expect from this gradually opening large gate will be, use of a platform to establish a brotherly link between such parties. If we could alleviate hardship and suffering of our brothers and sisters in Sri Lanka by linking such genuine benefactors and beneficiaries together our humble intentions may be fulfilled.
